“I put on for my city” Young Jeezy: In this case you all do
Well not exactly, Chris just hated the BET award show that tried (but failed miserably) to give a good MJ tribute. Chris Brown hits the cover of VIBE, and shares a few words, VIBING with the interviewer, I let Chris handle this in his own words.
You were removed from the BET Awards show when the Michael Jackson tribute was happening. As a supreme MJ fab, that had to hurt.
It was wack. I’ll keep it a hundred. The BET Awards was horrible. I was watching it, holding my face like, “Oh my God, this is wack.” I didn’t get it. Michael Jackson was such a big entertainer. And I’m not dissing any of the artists who did the songs. But I was expecting a lot more of energy for Michael. And BET Awards usually comes hard. I was exepecting them to have Usher, Omarion and even Justin. And I was expecting Ne-Yo to sance. They were so bent on getting me there that they messed up their own show.
Some might say, How did Drake a rapper who doesn’t have an album out it nominated for a grammy award? Well folks Drake is going up for the best rap solo performance for “best I ever had”, so an album isn’t required here. Its seems so surreal now that Drake is up for an award considering all it took him was some lyrics and a year to get into the rap game, pretty astonishing and unreal when you ask folks in the rap game industry, but then again rap has its quick stardom star rappers so there use to this.
The incredible Marsha Ambrosius is back at it again with a amazing mixtape that I have been bumping since the day I downloaded it. For those that don’t know Marsha was 1/2 of the famous English group called Floetry. Marsha’s soulful sound, and lyrical content has brought her to the likens of “The Game”, “Dr. Dre”, “Dj Don Cannon”, and many more. I encourage anybody that likes overall good feel music to download this mixtape. Enjoy!
Theo is back at it again, Theo Martins a Providence native has come out with a new joint called “You don’t see” which has been getting major buzz in the twitter world. Theo gave his fans a gift that has been promising to the viewers ears. Listen and love.
The Apology, although I don’t post up any personal issues or issues not pertaining to music, because we at the native tongue don’t want to associate are selfs to be like a gossip site, but being that this is an artists that at one point of time was the biggest r&b entertainer to the game, i felt that it was only right to post this apology video to the people that care or feel effected to the situation, God Bless
